AIPL Abro Industries Limited is hiring a Sales Manager to own the dealer and distributor network for Abro Bond adhesives and mesh tape products across Lagos.
You will appoint and onboard new dealers, grow distribution across the major building materials markets in Lagos state, and carry monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The role is based at Ilupeju, Lagos and reports to the Business Head, Adhesives.
What you'll do
- Identify, appoint, and successfully onboard new dealers and distributors to expand the market reach and distribution network for Abro Bond adhesives and mesh tape products.
- Increase product distribution across major building materials markets in Lagos state.
- Monitor competitor activities and market pricing to maintain competitiveness.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for adhesives and other building materials.
- Develop company relationships and the dealer network for building materials products.
- Develop new markets and increase the customer base.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Gather and report market feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and competitor products.
What we're looking for
- A graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience selling pipe fittings, silicone, or adhesives into the dealer market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong at building customer relationships, with a mature professional presence.
- Experience in a comparable industry is an advantage.
What we offer
- Net salary of ₦400,000 – ₦450,000 per month, plus a monthly incentive.
- Negotiable for the ideal candidate coming from the same line of business.
